The NHL draft has resumed, and the Western Hockey League is supplying more top talent.
The Oilers made the first pick Saturday, taking defenseman David Musil to start the second round. The Blues, without a first-round selection Friday, grabbed right wing Ty Rattie with the 32nd pick.
Musil and Rattie played in the WHL last season.

Oilers Take Nugent-Hopkins No. 1; Centers Go Quickly In Draft
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins was picked first in a center-heavy NHL draft by the Oilers on Friday night, according to an ESPN.com report.
The Oilers, going first overall for the second straight year, selected the slick passer from the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League. The 18-year-old center led the WHL last season with 75 assists.
Nugent-Hopkins is the first WHL player to be drafted first since 1996.
